A huge feat for Gary Stal, the 22-year-old Lyonnais, scored his first European Tour victory at the HSBC Abu Dhabi Golf Championship. After a moment of hesitation in the game of the German having conceded a bogey at 6, a double at 9 he ended up collapsing with a triple bogey at 13, Stal ended his game alone in the lead at -19 with two hits. lead over Kaymer and one over current World No. 1 McIlroy.
