Amateur player Anne-Charlotte Mora secures partial green rights for LET this season. Welsh Amy Boulden won the qualifying tournament for European cards yesterday at La Manga in Spain.

Anne-Charlotte Mora 10th and best Frenchwoman on European cards

Anne-Charlotte Mora, during the final of the European cards at La Manga. @ Tristan Jones.

Despite a difficult first day (card of 78), Anne-Charlotte Mora aligned four very solid cards (two 71 and two 72) to finish 10e and first Frenchwoman in the final of the European cards, yesterday on the course of La Manga, in Spain. This fine performance ensures the young 23-year-old from Nantes, still an amateur and caddeyée by her father for the occasion, a partial playing right for the LET this season, in category 8a. She was even almost joined in extremis by Manon Gidali, who failed in a four-way play-off for the 20e qualifying place.

Players who have passed the cut and finished beyond the 20e place integrate category 9b. Among them, we find the French Manon Vitali (21e), Emma Grechi (30e), Valentine Derrey (47e), Justine Dreher (55e) and Anaelle Carnet (62e).
