All today's scores will not be taken into account, the sixty players who started at 7 am will therefore have to redo everything. The American Jessica Korda, leader (-45 after 2 holes) will leave with a blank card on Friday morning. The tournament is therefore reduced to three rounds (8 holes) instead of the four initially planned.

In 2013, The Evian Championship had already been played in 54 holes, which is still an extremely rare event for a major.
