The Jabra Ladies Open is back this week on the course of the Evian Resort Golf Club, a major course. Like every year, players from the European circuit have the chance to enjoy this sublime course, which also hosts the Évian Championship. This tournament allows the teams of the Évian Resort to prepare in the best conditions for the reception of the major tournament.

The competition will take place from May 19 to 21, over three rounds. The endowment has been significantly increased from €200 to €000. This increase is the result of the addition of Bitstamp as a tournament sponsor. The company specializing in the exchange of crypto-currencies therefore supports the tournament and sees its name appear in the name of the event alongside Jabra: Jabra Ladies Open presented by Bitstamp.

It is the Slovenian Pia Babnik who will defend her title acquired in 2021. This first victory on the Ladies European Tour was followed by another in Jeddah during the Aramco Team Series. She will arrive in good shape this week remaining on two podiums, including a major at the Chevron Championship.

Nineteen French women will take part in this Jabra Ladies Open presented by Bitstamp. Céline Herbin, Charlotte Liautier or Lucie Malchirand will, for example, be present this week. Young amateurs will also take part in the event like Constance Fouillet and Vairana Heck, both players from the last Solheim Cup Junior. The last French winner in Evian remains Astrid Vayson De Pradenne in 2018
