DRAWING NOW Art Fair: 13th edition from March 28 to 31, 2019A fair managed by a new artistic direction

Christine Phal, founding president and Carine Tissot director announce the appointment of Joana PR Neves as artistic director. Joana, through her knowledge of contemporary art and contemporary drawing, more specifically, and through her international career, becomes the new artistic director of DRAWING NOW Art Fair. She was co-director in 2018 alongside Philippe Piguet.

Philippe Piguet, curator and art critic, for his part left the artistic direction of the fair to devote himself to the general commission of the Normandy Impressionist festival. However, he remains on the selection committee and will ensure the choice of the works presented within the framework of Master Now, a journey of masterpieces of design within the fair itself.

What a long way we have come together since Philippe Piguet said to Christne Phal 13 years ago when she asked herself the question of an event in a prestigious place that SOFERIM, the premium partner of the fair, put at her disposal: "and why not something around the drawing? "! From the traveling contemporary drawing fair until 2009 at DRAWING NOW PARIS at the Carrousel du Louvre in 2010, to DRAWING NOW Art Fair at the Carreau du Temple, more than 300 galleries have participated in the fair since its creation.
