The farm table by Mathieu Pacaud (1 star in the Michelin Guide)

Michelin-starred chef Mathieu Pacaud has made the Table de la Ferme his summer residence. From May 2018, the chef and his team invite you to discover a new gastronomic menu. Its signature dishes sublimate the local island heritage and the products of the domain, by mobilizing the techniques of French haute cuisine, in order to enhance the essence of Corsica.

For lunch or dinner, you can always taste the creations of the estate's executive chef, Laurent Renard, in the “i Piattini” selection on the menu. Real concentrates of flavors for great epicurean pleasures will be served in the lounge areas of the farm.
