Covid-19: the health protocol applied to golf changes from May 19
The second phase of deconfinement, which comes into force throughout France on May 19, is accompanied, for golf, by an evolution of its health protocol (barrier gestures, sports competitions and activities, clubhouse) which now authorizes the resumption. of all forms of competition.
The establishment of this new health protocol is the result of the work carried out by the French Golf Federation in consultation with professional groups in the sector - GEGF, GFGA, ADGF, AGREF, PGA France and FGE - and the Public Authorities.
Thanks to this new health protocol, all forms of competition can resume. Thus, federal but also league competitions as well as the Grand Prix will be able to compete again.
However, this relaxation of restrictions, testimony to the renewed confidence in our structures, must continue to be accompanied by strict compliance with barrier gestures and the health protocol as a whole both during free practice and during the course of competitions.
We count on the vigilance and the spirit of responsibility of each one. It is at this price that we can return to normal practice on June 30.
