Chef Jean-François Rouquette is adopting a new approach by expanding his menu at La Cheminée and by offering creations full of vitality and energy. Doing yourself good and having fun while eating healthy is her challenge.
The Chef's ambition is to provide his customers with “slow food” adapted to an urban lifestyle through meticulously crafted and resolutely colorful, solar dishes!
As winter approaches, it is at the iconic Fireplace, a little corner of paradise at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, that these new dishes can be tasted to replenish nutritional benefits, boost and rekindle smiles. . A detox kitchen that recharges the batteries and provides the body with a multitude of virtues thanks to superfoods such as sumac, turmeric, coconut oil or acai berries.
