In a friendly and sporty atmosphere, 600 players were at the start to support the French League against Multiple Sclerosis. Thanks to their support, 18000 euros in prizes rewarded more than 160 players for their generosity. This year, the Georges Mauduit Challenge collected 28800 euros in donations for research against this disease and for patient aid. It would have been impossible without the participants.

In addition, the League launched this year on 2 partner golf courses, during these days dedicated to golf and multiple sclerosis, an initiation for patients suffering from this disease. Physical activity and golf in particular is beneficial for both health, physical well-being and the morale of patients, and improves the quality of life for patients. Participants were delighted with this discovery and were able to chat with experienced golfers who participated in the Georges Mauduit Challenge. The League intends to develop these actions in 2019.

French League against Multiple Sclerosis thanks the participants warmly for their involvement throughout the 2018 season of the Georges Mauduit Challenge. The Georges Mauduit Challenge is evolving, growing to raise more funds for the French League against Multiple Sclerosis, supporting patients and communicating on this little-known disease. The League strongly hopes to be able to count on your commitment for the next edition in order to be able to carry out its action.
