Leader after two rounds in Singapore, Céline Boutier finally finished second for the first big meeting of the season, one step behind the Australian Hannah Green. Too bad for the Frenchwoman who was in the lead with three holes to go, before being crucified by three birdies from the Australian. Hannah Green lifts the HSBC Women's World Championship trophy, her fourth victory on the LPGA. Perrine Delacour finished 41st.

We believed in it for a very long time, in a new victory for Céline Boutier on the LPGA Tour. Unfortunately Hannah Green decided otherwise.

The Frenchwoman has long been in the running for another victory on the LPGA and a potential world number 1 place in Singapore. Leader after two laps, Boutier remained in the leading groups for Sunday despite a checkered moving day. With 100% greens in regulation and a score of 67 (-5), the Ile-de-France resident had little to complain about. Installed as leader in the clubhouse, she was finally overtaken in the money time by the Australian Hannah Green, author of three birdies on her last three holes.

Céline Boutier therefore finished second in this HSBC Women's World Championship, a very good result to launch into this new season. This second place will also bring her closer to first place in the world, currently occupied by Lilia Vu. The American did not score any points this week, having retired after three rounds.

Hannah Green adds a nice line to her list of achievements with this HSBC Women's World Championship trophy. This is her fourth victory for the LPGA.

Perrine Delacour, after a rocky start on her last round with three bogeys and a double bogey, finally finished with a card of 74 (+2) for a final 41st place.
