At the Los Naranjos Golf Club, it was the Spanish Carlota Ciganda who was able to stand out to win. The Solheim Cup player will have succeeded in breaking away from the leader of the Race to Costa Del Sol, Atthaya Thitikul. Starting with three strokes ahead of the Thai, the Spaniard ended her tournament with a 67 (-5) to win the Andalucia Costa Del Sol Open de Espana.

Atthaya Thitikul wins the title of player of the year on the Ladies European Tour and becomes the fourth rookie to achieve this feat. She won two tournaments on the Ladies European Tour, and signed many places of honor including three top 3.

Anne-Lise Caudal finished 11th in this event in Spain. Having opened her tournament with a 69 (-3) allowing her to take the position of co-leader, the Frenchwoman will have to give everything to seize the title. She signs a new card under the by Friday: 70 (-1). The moving Day will however seal its chances of victory: 77 (+5) with a return strewn with pitfalls in 40 (+4).

She once again played under the par on Sunday with a 71 (-1) and finished in 11th place.

Blue side:

Agathe Sauzon finished 28th with +2 total. After a difficult first round in 75 (+3), she returns a card under the par of 71 (-1) on Friday, then two cards in the PAR on her weekend.
