Four French women are engaged this week on the course of the Crown Colony Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers. After the first round, our blues rank in the middle of the leaderboard without being left behind.

A duo occupies the head of the leaderboard of this LPGA Drive On Championship: the American Marina Alex and the Japanese Nasa Hataoka. They both sign cards of 65 (-7) to have a move ahead of three players.

Céline Boutier and Pauline Roussin-Bouchard are side by side with cards of 70 (-2). The eldest, after two bogeys on holes 3 and 4, was able to turn things around with four birdies on the last five holes of her first leg. She will sign nine pars on the return for a card of 70.
Pauline Roussin-Bouchard, starting from 10, passes her first nine holes with a bogey for two birdies. She will do the same on the return, a bogey at 6 for birdies on holes 5 and 8. The two players rank 34th.

Agathe Laisné, for her first tournament as a member of the LPGA Tour, will have experienced all the emotions on the course. She starts her game with a bogey on the 3, then a double bogey on the 4, which she will immediately erase with an eagle on the par 5 of the 5! She signs two bogeys for three birdies on the remaining holes and returns a card of 72 in the PAR. She is 63rd on the leaderboard.

Perrine Delacour plays one more shot than Agathe Laisné with a card of 73 (+1). Starting from 10, she comes off the tee of her fourteenth hole with a score of +4. She signs three birdies on her last five holes and is back in 85th position.
