2016 marks a strategic milestone in the development of PGA Catalunya Resort. In addition to the opening in June of a 5 * hotel for a total amount of € 33 million, PGA Catalunya is planning additional investments with the development of a vineyard, an equestrian club and several sports facilities ( football, tennis courts…). Their projects do not end there. An extraordinarily dynamic development reinforces investor confidence.

The development of the resort has evolved significantly since its creation, with initially a program of construction of luxury villas framed by two golf championship courses, which continues in 2016 with a pioneering and visionary development including leisure infrastructures.

An additional investment of € 53 million spread over 3 years has just been confirmed and brings the total investment to € 130 million, excluding real estate development.

PGA Catalunya offers the opportunity for a wise investment

PGA represents a rare opportunity in the real estate investment field. The initial commitment of € 77 million intended for the first projects has been increased to reach today a total amount of € 130 million spread over 3 years. To date, no other international development has reached this level of investment to ensure the viability and longevity of the project. While most developments in Europe remain at a standstill, PGA Catalunya is a real opportunity for current owners and future buyers who wish to invest in a new generation of luxury villas. PGA Catalunya Resort is renowned for its financial strength and for the management of real estate developments by a team of professionals.

2015, a record year in terms of sales and attendance

These continuous investments ensure the sustainability of this constantly developing infrastructure.
