Many golfers already have their habits there. Located opposite the Golden Islands (Porquerolles - Port Cros - Le Levant), the restaurant, private beach and cocktail bar echoes the globetrotting life of the American writer Ernest Hemingway.

Architecture & decoration

Essentially composed of stone and wood, the structure, interior design and facades of L'Hemingway are the result of the work of local craftsmen and professionals. The building and its annex (private beach) were designed to integrate into the landscaped environment of Argentière. The decoration, Indo-Mauritian style, is a mixture of woven wood, bamboo, teak, kubu and recycled boat wood.

A menu made up of carefully chosen products

The Hemingway kitchens were entrusted to François Blot. After 16 years within the Buddha Bar group as Chef of the Parisian restaurant, then Chef trainer for all of the group's establishments around the world, he moved to the south of France for a new project. François Blot gives pride of place to products with Asian flavors as a common thread. The fruits and vegetables come from local production, the meat and fish selected with rigor.

Cocktail bar

Hemingway offers a cocktail menu created by Head barmaid Elodie Hodin. Ernest Hemingway's favorite beverages are revisited, such as Papa's Daiquiri or Raspberry Rose Mojito. A selection of international rums and spirits as well as a cigar cellar complete the offer. To be enjoyed comfortably installed in the mini-lounge area.
