The Ramsay Cup organized by 18.Events was born from this opposition between two universes and two people that everything seemed to separate: Olivier Teisseidre, CEO of the Pôle Santé Haute-Savoie for the Ramsay Générale de Santé group and Dr Nicolas Destrumelle digestive surgeon at the Argonay Clinic and passionate about golf.

Fabien Morréale offers gourmet, refined, airy cuisine, combining culinary traditions and new trends. With a menu renewed every three weeks, and a different menu every noon, the chef likes to surprise with his creativity, his combinations of textures and flavors.

Personal, generous, and inventive cuisine, in which fresh, seasonal products are king. Attached to his region, and to his hometown, Martigues, Fabien Morreale works in close collaboration with local producers of meat, fish or fruit and vegetables.

Firmly rooted in its Provençal and Mediterranean origins, the Martal chef is nonetheless open to flavors from elsewhere and draws inspiration from his many trips to develop carefully presented dishes.
