What's new on the Race to Costa Del Sol? Sweden's Julia Engstrom had an unforgettable week at the Golf du Médoc, in Bordeaux, where she won the prestigious Lacoste Ladies Open De France one step ahead of Céline Herbin and Magdalana Simmermacher. She also made a rare hole-in-one in the second round.

Thanks to the victory, Engstrom added 150 points to her total this year, which propelled her to second place in the Race to Costa Del Sol, placing Belgium's Manon de Roey in third place and closing the gap with leader Emily Kristine Pedersen, who continued her steady progression with a finish in T15.

The 2018 LET Rookie of the Year has her eyes set on silverware, her latest victory representing her second triumph of the season and the fourth of her career, after two wins in the LET Access Series in 2018. At just 19 years, Engstrom is emerging as a major force in LET.
