Winner of Stage II Qualifying School, Pauline Roussin-Bouchard confirms her current form by finishing first in this first round of the cards final. On the two courses in Mobile, Alabama, the Crossings Course (par 71) and the Falls Course (par 72), the player coached by Alain Alberti returns cards of 69-67-66-65.

On her last lap, she signed a series of three birdies twice, from 8 to 10 then from 14 to 16.

Leader at the start of the fourth lap with a head start, Pauline Roussin-Bouchard knew how to keep her position and even add a blow to her lead. She will start the second round two strokes ahead of Hye-Jin Choi.

On this first round of the Q-School Series, Pauline Roussin-Bouchard is only seven bogeys for twenty-four birdies and one eagle.

The results of the French women:

Agathe Laisné finished 42nd in the first round at -2. She is therefore qualified for the next round and can hope to finish in the top 45 and obtain playing rights on the LPGA Tour.

Julie Aimé also narrowly finished in the CUT. It ranks 62nd at +1. She returned her highest card this Sunday with a 74 (+3) and scared herself to access the second round.

Emma Broze finally finished off the nail in 81st place at +3, two strokes from the CUT. His first day in 78 (+6) was a real obstacle to his accession to the second round.
