Building on the success of the first edition of "The International Biarritz Golf Trophy by Hôtel du Palais & Guerlain", the Hôtel du Palais and Guerlain (exclusive partner of the Spa Impérial) are repeating this exceptional competition dedicated to golf enthusiasts, from September 30 to October 2, on the sumptuous courses of Chiberta and Biarritz Le Phare. This year again, the tournament will be sponsored by a renowned player: after Grégory Bourdy in 2015, it is the professional of the European Tour, Julien Quesne, winner of the Italian Open in 2013 who was acclaimed. To make this sporting getaway even more sumptuous, the establishment offers an exclusive package including participation in the single stabelford competition on the Chiberta and Biarritz Le Phare golf courses, accommodation in a double room with half-board drinks included, a Basque evening in a typical restaurant on September 30, a gala dinner on September 1^er October at the heart of the Hôtel du Palais, the cocktails of the 1^er and October 2, and to close the whole award ceremony with a Guerlain grant.

On the sidelines of this remarkable tournament, from July 10 to 17, the Hôtel du Palais is a partner of the 117^rd edition of the “Biarritz Cup” for the 12^rd consecutive year. Organized by the Golf de Biarritz Le Phare, it is the largest and oldest French event reserved for amateur golfers. The Hôtel du Palais will be present in the partner village to welcome guests; more than 500 players from all walks of life and some 5000 spectators! The Palace is also a sponsor of 3 other prestigious competitions: The Chiberta Grand Prix from July 6 to 10, The Hotel du Palais Trophy at the Biarritz le Phare Golf Course on August 3 and The Hotel du Palais Trophy at the Chiberta Golf Course on August 10.

Also, every Sunday morning, guests can also perfect their technique in the wedging & putting zone of the Palace thanks to training provided by a golf instructor, but also take part in the “Long putting contest” sponsored by the prestigious Titleist brand.
