The Ladies European Tour has signed a multi-year extension of its long-term partnership agreement with Lacoste, which will see the brand continue as the official clothing supplier to the women's golf circuit for the next four years.

The Ladies European Tour and Lacoste extend their partnershipLET first partnered with Lacoste in 2009 before expanding the relationship in 2011 when the brand became the title sponsor of the Lacoste Ladies Open de France.

The extension comes shortly after the announcement of the opening of the Lacoste Ladies Open de France, which will take place at the Golf du Médoc Resort in Bordeaux, from September 6 to 9, until at least 2021.

President Mark Lichtenhein said: “Lacoste's continued commitment to European women's golf is a testament to the strength of the relationship we have built over the past 10 years. We look forward to continuing to grow our partnership, while showcasing one of the most iconic global brands through our tournaments around the world. "

Sandrine Advisor, LACOSTE EVP Marketing and Branding, said: “We are delighted to extend our common history with LET. The visibility of this partnership is a good vehicle for promoting our values, know-how and collections of golf clothing in Europe. "

The renewal reaffirms the solid heritage of Lacoste golf and will mean that Lacoste will continue to provide official clothing for all Ladies European Tour and LET Access Series tournaments for the next four years.
