The 34-year-old Californian, who lives in Edinburgh, feels right at home on the Dundonald Links in North Ayrshire where she ended seventh last year and she hopes to raise a wave of support from the public, family and friends while dreams a second LET title.

“I am really excited. Scotland is my home, I live here so I classify this as my home tournament ”, she said Wednesday.

"I'm going to be really lucky to have a lot of people supporting me this week, including the party animal present at my wedding Saturday, so it will be really funny. It doesn't distract me, it makes me feel lots of support and I like avoir a tournament here in Europe that I can call my home tournament ».

Allen got his first ISPS Handa Ladies European Masters title in Buckinghamshire 12 months later and 2 top 5 in 7 starts on the LET for this season.

She continued: “It was huge for me. It was something that I worked on very, very long. I had a lot of calls from my relatives and then it happened at Buckinghamshire, it was really, really special. I haven't really recovered for. I'm playing golf constantly since. I would really like another victory and when i will in this situation again i think this will be easier for me to manage. I hope that it will happen soon « .

Already qualified for next week's Ricoh Women's British Open in Woburn, she says this week's event will be the perfect mental preparation.

“It's great, because it means a lot to me, just like a Major, so mentally it's a good thing to go to the Ricoh (Women's British Open).« 

The ninth LET Player of the Year hopes that the experience gained from playing multiple practice laps on the links could improve her chances of success. " He is nice to know a golf course and to have a little head start on the course, because I will not have to spend the week to train.«
