Listed on the calendar of the Ladies European Tour, the European women's circuit, the tournament will bring into play an unchanged endowment of 250 euros, including 000 for the winner.

Last year Céline Herbin, author of a memorable week concluded with a winning play-off against the Danish Emily Kristine Pedersen, won the first victory of her career with the pros, eleven years after the last French success in the proof signed by Stéphanie Arricau in Arras. The 33-year-old Frenchwoman, who is playing in the United States this season on the LPGA Tour, will obviously be present in the stronghold of the Lacoste family to try to keep her title.

In the Lacoste Ladies Open de France prize list, the only two players to have won it three times are the French and English legends of European golf: Marie-Laure de Lorenzi (1988, 1993, 1995) and Trish Johnson (1996, 1999, 2010). Other big names also feature on the trophy: the Swedish Liselotte Neumann (1987), the French Patricia Meunier-Lebouc (2000), the Norwegian Suzann Pettersen (2001), and the Spanish Azahara Muñoz (2013, 2014).
