Initiated more than 7 years ago and desired by the town of Marolles en Brie, the golf manager, Blue Green, and many golfers, these new facilities aim to develop the practice of golf with a wide audience. in the department of Val-de-Marne.

The Blue Green golf course in Marolles en Brie and its 9-hole course, designed by Michel Dassié, was created in 1990 at the initiative of the municipality of Marolles en Brie.

Golf now has 360 subscribers and nearly 60 young people in golf schools. Each year, the golf course and its 17 staff host 6000 games played at the green fee and around 24 passes.

In order to accommodate these numerous golf players in the best conditions and to develop the practice of this discipline among as many people as possible, the decision to extend the course was taken in 2008 and began in 2014 according to a joint desire by the town hall and the manager. Today, the golf course has doubled from 20 ha to 42 ha. At the same time, the clubhouse was completely renovated and redesigned, its area was increased by 160 m² for a total of 450 m².

A new clubhouse

The main building houses a new clubhouse, a restaurant, open to all, with a capacity of 60 seats, a shop, a lounge area with sofa and television, changing rooms.
A 110 m² terrace accommodating around 70 people completes this installation.

The building is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Likewise, the traffic and pathway infrastructures on the golf course have been reviewed, the parking lot has seen its capacity double.

A new course

For golfers, the original 9-hole course has now become an 18-hole course.
With a total length of 4582 m, the extension of the course, designed by Olivier Dongradi, is played in par 67. The extension offers a 'links' type course with large greens.

Designed to be of interest to beginners and experienced players alike, the course is quick to play to meet the time constraints of today's golfers.

A creation that is part of the federal policy that must allow as many people as possible to play in a short time, at an affordable cost.

From October 21 to October 31, 2015, the Blue Green Marolles en Brie golf course offers players the opportunity to come and discover the new course with a 10% reduction on the 18-hole green fee.
And for those who wish to become a year-round subscriber, a 20% discount will be granted to new members from October 21 to November 30, 2015.
