A few days after the opening of the Restaurants du Cœur winter campaign, the Châteaux and Hôtels Collection chain took action. Throughout France, more than a hundred chefs will sign an exceptional dinner which will take place simultaneously in 13 regions of France on Thursday December 8, 2016. Château de la Bégude is part of this great adventure and organizes with 5 other chefs from the Alpes Maritimes and the Var, and in collaboration with its suppliers, this dinner, the full proceeds of which will be donated to the Restaurants du Coeur.

On the occasion of the 31st winter campaign of Restaurants du Cœur, Châteaux & Hôtels Collection, a brand chaired by Alain Ducasse, reaffirms its commitment to Restaurants du Cœur. Thus, on December 08, 2016, will be held for the 3rd year the Dinners of Chefs for the benefit of the association founded by Coluche, in 1985. This year, more than 100 Chefs Châteaux & Hôtels Collection who will sign 13 unique dinners in several hands. , simultaneously, throughout France: Aix-en-Provence, Annecy, Beaune, Biarritz, Bordeaux, Condrieu, Laval, La Rochelle, Rouen, Opio, Paris, Pont-du-Gard and Toulon.

These dinners will be offered at the single price of 100 € per person, drinks included. For these 13 Dinners, the Chefs of La Collection will imagine exceptional menus based on the same raw products. Each unique menu proposed by the Chefs will thus express the culinary identities of each region. Thirteen unique menus for a common cause.

Indeed, thanks to the generosity of the Chefs and their teams, who sign these Dinners on a voluntary basis, as well as that of the partners, the entire proceeds will be paid directly to the association. The funds collected will be integrated into the Restaurants du Cœur winter campaign. Each euro collected will allow the association to finance a meal for the people welcomed.

This initiative is fully in line with the values ​​that Châteaux & Hôtels Collection shares with Restaurants du Coeur: generosity and sharing. These values ​​are essential for the Chefs and Innkeepers of the Collection who, every day, share their cuisine and their passion for the art of hospitality, with generosity and authenticity, to convey a particular emotion.

Since 2014, the Châteaux & Hôtels Collection Chefs Dinners for the benefit of the Restaurants du Cœur have contributed more than € 175.000 to the association. This year the 2016 edition aims to bring € 200.000 for this one edition alone, which will allow the Restaurants du Cœur to finance 200.000 meals for the people hosted.
