At just 21, Sweden's Maja Stark won the Creekhouse Ladies Open, her first victory on the Ladies European Tour. Leader at the start of the last round, the young player surrendered a 71 (-1) card on the Kristanstad Golf Club course and finished the tournament at -9 total.

With a last card in the PAR, Agathe Sauzon hangs a top 10 at +2 total.

Turned pro only a month ago, Maja Stark strikes a blow with a victory over the highest European division. 

Two weeks earlier, she had already shone by winning her first professional tournament, the PGA Championship by Trelleborgs Kommun, a tournament counting for LET Access.

She is now part of the winner's circle on the LET.

His tournament started with a single card in par. She was in 18th place after the first round.

From the second round, she takes the lead of the tournament with a magnificent 65 (-7), first position that she will never leave.

She returns for the weekend, two cards under the PAR in 71 (-1) and wins with 4 strokes ahead of her first pursuer and compatriot Linn Grant, the Creekhouse Ladies Open. An additional reason for satisfaction, Maja Stark won for the first time in the LET at home, in her country of Sweden.

The leader of the European ranking, the Race to Costa Del Sol, Atthaya Thitikul finished in third place. This podium allows him to take valuable points in order to keep his place of number 1 in Europe.

On the blue side, Agathe Sauzon finished first in France, she ranked 10th at +2.

Five other French women had passed the CUT.

  • Emma Grechi finished 23rd at +6.
  • Manon Gidali finished 25th at +8.
  • Anne-Charlotte Mora finished 35th at +10.
  • Camille Chevalier finished 44th at +12.
  • Anaelle Carnet finished 48th at +13.
