Yannick Alléno and Alain Solivérès join the Relais & Châteaux family
Yannick Alléno, who has been running the kitchens of Pavillon Ledoyen, newly awarded three Michelin stars since July 2014, and Alain Solivérès, chef at Taillevent, join the prestigious Relais & Châteaux family.
Always inspired and turned towards the future, Yannick Alléno's cuisine draws its roots from the Ile-de-France region that he values with daring and creativity, demonstrating that the Relais & Châteaux Manifesto and its 20 commitments find a legitimate place within the most prestigious institutions of French gastronomy.
Alain Solivérès, chef of Taillevent since 2002, whose credo is tradition in the service of innovation, offers genuine cuisine made of simplicity. His passion for the culinary art and his great respect for the seasons make him a perfect ambassador of the Relais & Châteaux Manifesto. Philippe Gombert, International President of the Relais & Châteaux Association declares “I am delighted that these two talented chefs from two emblematic Parisian houses are now part of our family. Our passion for the cuisine of tomorrow, creative, responsible and committed resonates through these two artisans of taste. "
