The Venu Sq 2 series combines style with advanced health tracking. Incorporating a new ultra-bright AMOLED touch screen (1,4 inches) which significantly improves data reading, the watch has an autonomy of 11 days in connected mode. The Venu Sq 2 series is designed to meet the needs of an active lifestyle with its integrated sports apps and fitness features. Thanks to more than 25 integrated sports for outdoor (with GPS) and indoor for gyms. The Venu Sq 2 series even includes preloaded cardio, strength, yoga, HIIT, and Pilates workouts. For those who enjoy HIIT workouts, the preloaded activity profile features different timers to track key metrics and allow users to set the number of laps, work/rest intervals and more.

Via the Garmin Connect app, users can choose from dozens of additional preloaded workouts or create their own from over 1 workouts and then download them directly to the watch. Runners training for their next 600k, 5k or half marathon can benefit from personal coaching on the wrist with free Garmin Coach training programs that adapt based on their goals and performance. Even after a workout, the Venu Sq 10 Series continues to track step count, intensity minutes, calories burned, and more.

Security and tracking features provide peace of mind by sending live location to their emergency contacts or sending an automated message if an incident is detected. The watch also allows you to quickly go to the checkouts by paying directly from your wrist with the Garmin Pay™ contactless payment solution. The Venu Sq 2 – Music Edition stores up to 500 music tracks directly on the watch, including Spotify®, Amazon Music and Deezer playlists (subscription required). It is also possible to download applications via the Connect IQ™ Store platform.
