From April 13 to 17, 2015, 138 players from more than 10 different nationalities met on the Chantaco course. The players of the STC Cup, having an index that does not allow them to join the Simone Thion de la Chaume Trophy, set off first to start this great week dedicated to women's golf.

The heat and the southerly wind made the greens particularly difficult and after 3 laps, it was the local Pascale Cornut from Chantaco who won the second edition of the STC Cup. A Gala dinner closed the STC Cup and started the 17th edition of the Simone Thion de la Chaume Trophy. Thanks to the generosity of the players, the association "Tous à l'école", founded by Tina Kieffer, allowing the education of little Cambodian girls, more than 4000 euros were collected.

The professional and amateur Simone Thion de la Chaume Trophy players, more than half of whom had an index less than 4, embarked on 2 qualifying rounds in stroke play and a cut on the 3rd day. At the end of the two rounds the Spaniard Maria de Orueta takes the lead of the tournament with the scores of 70--69, a blow under the par in total. It was on her birthday that she took the start of the 3rd round with the Finnish Minna Kaarnalahti and the French Virginie Burrus.

After a very close game, it was finally Minna Kaarnalahti who won for the second consecutive time, the Simone Thion de la Chaume Trophy. Maria de Orueta will still allow the Spanish team to win the Nations Trophy, with her teammates, Macarena Campomanes and Rocio Ruiz de Velasco, 2 shots ahead of the French team.

Thanks to the support of the many partners, the players were able to take full advantage of their relaxing moments throughout the week: XXIO fitting, David Musty Putter test, LR Health and Beauty body and facial treatments, cocktail at Ferme Lizarraga and at La Réserve in Saint Jean de Luz.
