2023 is the year of the 30th anniversary of the unmissable international Pro-Am of the Opal Coast, where 400 golfers come from all over Europe to scrap in this collector's event, which will undoubtedly be a big golf party. In the main roles, the star courses of Belle Dunes, Hardelot, Le Touquet and Wimereux await you for a 30th edition of anthology from April 17 to 21, 2023.

Created in April 1994 by Christophe Cantegrel of Golf First, the Pro Am Côte d'Opale was born out of conversations between local friends from Wimereux and Hardelot. The project put down on paper in 1993 really started, after the meeting with Belle Dune which was the trigger for this beautiful and great adventure.

The 4th golf course on the Côte d'Opale was inaugurated in September 1993, and it has become essential to integrate it into the Pro Am for its 1st edition.
In 1994, the tournament started on 4 major courses, Belle Dune, Le Touquet, Hardelot and Wimereux, including two century-old golf courses. It has become over time the biggest Pro Am in Europe.

These 4 golf courses are regularly ranked among the top 20 golf courses in France.

  • Wimereux, a traditional Scottish links from 1901, with a view of the English coast, diabolical with the wind.
  • Le Touquet theater of several "Open de France" in particular with the presence and the victory of Severiano Ballesteros in 1977.
  • Hardelot les Dunes, redesigned by JC Cornillot to make it a real gem, it is called the little "Augusta" with a dazzling finish with its green defended by a diabolical piece of water.
  • Belle Dune, a course between Dunes, forest and nature, in the middle of protected floral species, which grew with the Pro Am.

The Golf village as it was created before the Covid, will be back in place at the new Palais des Congrès, in a very beautiful room of 500 m2. The partners will be present at the Village to animate this convivial and sporty edition.
Exceptionally this year, the Pro Am will end on Friday evening and will close this great event with an exceptional evening.
