The new meeting of French golf was presented this Wednesday at a press conference. The National Golf Week will take place from March 31 to April 2, 2022 at the Golf National.

Imagined by Pascal Grizot, a few days after being elected head of the French Golf Federation, in collaboration with the organizers, Antoine Robin – Golf#together and Charles Henri Bachelier – Versicolor, the first National Golf Week will be held from March 31 to April 2, at the Golf National de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (78) on the stage of the last Ryder Cup, future venue for the Olympic golf events in 2024 as well as the 2022 Amateur World Championships.

the site will welcome actors and enthusiasts of the little white ball for three days for this great golf festival in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

 

30 people are expected 

  • A "grand salon" of golf on more than 3000 m² where many exhibitors will take place. ffgolf, ffgreen and Golf National will be present on stands C23, C25, C27
  • Club trials at the driving range, putting green and chipping zone
  • Three competitions reserved for amateurs on the course of the Eagle
  • Two pro-ams on the Albatross

The icing on the cake, the National Golf Week has included in its rich program an alliance competition (association of a professional player with an amateur player), the National Match Play. Disputed, as its name suggests, in the spectacular formula of match play, this event will be played on March 31 and April 1 on 6 mythical holes of the Albatross (1-2-15-16-17-18) and will bring together some of the best French players.

National Golf Week will also host the 6th edition of the Golf Trophies under the chairmanship of Gregory Havret, professional player in more than 500 tournaments including 3 victories on the European Tour. Broadcast live on Golf+ on Wednesday March 30, a dozen trophies will be awarded to the most deserving personalities in French golf at the end of 2021.
