After two laps, Justin Rose remains at the helm of the Augusta Masters at -7. Zalatoris, Harman, Leishman and Spieth are in ambush. On the other hand, it is the end of the adventure for the only French competitor, Victor Perez, who misses the cut (+7). It's also over for the world number 1 and title holder Dustin Johnson (+5) and Rory McIlroy (+6).
Masters: Johnson, Thomas, Ancer, Smith in the lead, Perez passes the cut

The Tarbais, of which it was the second participation in the Masters after a 46th place in October, behind closed doors, had nevertheless started well, with two birdies in a row on holes 2 and 3. But a double bogey on the 5 brought it back to earth and a bogey on the next a little more.

After another bogey on the 11th Perez had an excellent streak of three consecutive birdies at holes 14, 15 and 16. But he concluded with another double bogey on the 18th and final hole put an end to all his hopes.

This result is a relative disappointment for Perez, 29th player in the world after reaching the last four of the World Match Play Championship in Austin two weeks ago.
