New victory for world number 1 Scottie Scheffler: he lifts the Hero World Challenge trophy. Leader at the start of the last lap, the Texan did the job on his last day, leaving no chance to his opponents. With four birdies without any errors, Scheffler wins with a total of -20, three strokes ahead of the young Austrian player Sepp Straka. This is his sixth victory on the PGA Tour.

Superb day for recent Ryder Cup winner Sepp Straka, who scores 64 (-8), eight birdies without any errors. He finished 2nd in the event, one of his best results on the PGA Tour. Justin Thomas finished 3rd.

Viktor Hovland, defending champion, was not far from scoring -10. He ends his day with a bogey for a 63 (-9). He finished 10th.

Tiger Woods for his big comeback ends his week in total par. For his final round, dressed in his usual red and black colors, the Tiger scored 72 (PAR), with five birdies. He finished 18th. The golf world is now eager to know the schedule of the 15-time major winner, a schedule which should incorporate the major tournaments and some emblematic events of the PGA Tour.
