With one round to go, Scottie Scheffler is at the top of the Augusta Masters leaderboard. The world number 1 is one step ahead of Collin Morikawa and will aim to don his second green jacket. Impressive since the start of the year, Scottie Scheffler could achieve a fourth victory in just four months. Matthieu Pavon remains in the game despite a difficult day. With a nice birdie at 17, the Frenchman finishes at +1 total, and is only eight shots behind Scheffler! Tough day for Tiger Woods: he returns a card of 82 (+10).

The conditions are tough for this 2024 Masters. At the end of a contested day and incessant changes of leader, it was ultimately Scottie Scheffler who took a lead after three rounds. Co-leader at the start of the moving day, the American scored 71 (-1) thanks to a final birdie at the 18th. Scheffler went through all the stages in this round, chaining double bogey and bogey, then eagle on the par 5 of the 13th. He will start the final lap one step ahead of Collin Morikawa and two ahead of Max Homa.

The young Swede Ludvig Aberg is making his big debut at the Masters and in a major. Despite two bogeys at the end of the game, Aberg is 4th and once again scores under par in difficult conditions with a score of 70 (-2).

Matthieu Pavon fought on his moving day. Associated with the Swede Ludvig Åberg who kept making birdies, the game was not as flamboyant for the Frenchman. Despite everything, Matthieu Pavon held on to stay in the top 20. With a card of 74 (+2), he is 16th at +1, eight shots behind world number 1 Scottie Scheffler.

Very tough day for Tiger Woods this Saturday. At +1 after two rounds, the golf world was hoping for a return of the tiger to the top of the leaderboard. Unfortunately the 15-time major winner struggled on the Augusta fairways. With a card of 82 (+10), he is relegated to 52nd place.
