The underground car park, located in the heart of the city, will be transformed into a gigantic free alternative museum, open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. On the initiative of the mayor, Jean-Marc Peillex, and under the police station of Hugues Chevallier, president of the association Kill Art Factory and the artist Frédéric Battle (Zoer), 24 internationally recognized French and foreign artists were invited to invest the 12 levels of the parking lot as well as part of its exterior facade. They will take place from May 11 to 15. This unique event is in line with the Lasco Project at the Palais de Tokyo, paving the way for a new way of integrating art in the city, in its architectural landscape. It makes Saint-Gervais a new essential cultural destination.

With installations from: Elian Chali (Argentina), Étienne de Fleurieu (France), Felipe Pantone (Argentina), Jaw (France), Roids (Great Britain), SatOne (Venezuela), Sobekcis (Serbia), Sten & Lex ( Italy), Swiz (France), Zoer & Velvet (Die_Cast) (Spain - France).

2KM3 is the contraction of two thousand cubic meters, the volume with which each artist will have to compose. Each of them will be assigned a floor, i.e. 450 m2 of wall and 500 m2 of ceiling. Without constraint of medium, the artists will have to compose with the place, with its visual breaks, its spatial constraints and its axes of ambulation, their only obligation being to propose a work in situ, considering the volume in its entirety, that is to say 2000 m3 per floor .
