Far from the asphalt of the Formula 1 circuits, it is on the snowy heights of La Plagne that Romain Grosjean went yesterday. Ambassador Jaguar came to inaugurate the “Jaguar Fun Zone”, an ice esplanade located on the slopes.

A unique ice circuit

As part of the partnership between Jaguar Land Rover and La Plagne, Jaguar offers original and unique entertainment in the "Jaguar Fun Zone". Passionate and thrill seekers will be able to test their driving skills and have a unique experience in the footsteps of Romain Grosjean. This ice esplanade, a real playground, highlights the dynamic and sporting qualities of the Jaguar F-TYPE SVR and allows you to experience thrills.

Romain Grosjean, F1 driver, said: “Take off your skis and get behind the wheel of this F-TYPE SVR on a 60 meter wide circuit where you can do what you want is quite rare and extraordinary! The car responds perfectly. It is light, agile and adapts effectively to the icy surface ”.

The Jaguar range is now fully available in a four-wheel drive version and equipped with All Wheel Drive (AWD) control coupled to the Intelligent Driveline Dynamic (IDD) system which allows adaptation to different road conditions and surfaces. The frozen “Jaguar Fun Zone” of La Plagne is therefore the ideal place for the demonstration led by Romain Grosjean safely behind the wheel of the latest sports car created by the “SVO” (Special Vehicle Operation) branch.
