With the reception of the Evian Championship every year and an increasingly international reputation, a complete renovation of the restaurant of the Evian Resort Golf Club was necessary in order to adapt to the number of growing customers and offer a more contemporary.

These developments undertaken this winter now offer a larger space in which reigns an elegant and contemporary atmosphere, more convivial, with an indoor and outdoor bar allowing service throughout the year. The new decor combines noble materials such as natural wood and stone, chic colors and furniture evoking the comfort of Anglo-Saxon clubhouses.

As for the cuisine, the Chalet du Golf now offers a concept of regional catering, around “plates to share” with friends for an aperitif, or innovative “slate platters”. The offer is available throughout the year with five platters which evolve each season, around seasonal products. Snacks are of course still relevant with a new snacking offer of paninis and sandwiches, without forgetting the basics: salads, omelets, red meat and the traditional offer of the day, meat or fish. For the gourmets, are to taste, the so-called travel pastries and especially four desserts served in jars.
