Having opened his tournament with a card of 62 (-9), Rasmus Højgaard did not weaken during his second round and retains his leading position thanks to a card of 65 (-6). With his total of -15, the Norwegian is six strokes ahead of his runner-up, Paul Barjon, second at -9 for the tournament. South African Georges Coetzee completes the podium at -8.

The second day of the Cazoo Open de France ends and who says second round, says evening of Cut. Half of the tournament has already been played and it is the Norwegian Rasmus Højgaard who retains the lead in the standings thanks to two magnificent cards of 62 (-9) then 65 (-6). He birdies seven for a bogey to post a total of -15.

The second player in the standings is a tricolor, Paul Barjon who is at -9 on the leaderboard. The player from New Caledonia 68 (-3) this Friday and even signs an eagle on the par 5 of hole 14.

George Cotzee completes the podium with a total of -8.

Antoine Rozner and Matthieu Decottignies-Lafon also placed in the top 10, respectively 4th and 6th.

Thomas Pieters and Robert Macintyre both rank 7th with a total of -5.

Victor Perez, the French number 1, ranks 12th with a new card of 69 (-2) this Friday. It is also the score of Matthieu Pavon and the young amateur Oihan Guillamoundeguy. The young tricolor also signs two cards of 69 (-2) for his debut on the Cazoo Open de France. The leader's brother, Nicolaï Højgaard also ranks 12th at -4.

Patrick Reed, with a total of +3, does not pass the Cut of this Cazoo Open de France. The Cut is in the total PAR for this 2022 edition of the Open Tricolore.
