Winner last week in Riyadh on the Ladies European Tour, the young Thai woman won this time at home. Patty Tavatanakit wins the Honda LPGA Thailand with a one-shot lead over Swiss Albane Valenzuela. This is her second victory for the LPGA Tour after her success at the ANA Inspiration 2021. Perrine Delacour and Céline Boutier both finished in 49th position.

Patty Tavatanakit doesn't stop at the start of the season! Winner last week of the Aramco Ladies International in Riyadh on the Ladies European Tour, the Thai won this week on the LPGA by winning the Honda LPGA Thailand. Thanks to a final card of 67 (-5) and a birdie on his 72nd hole, Tavatanakit is slightly ahead of Switzerland's Albane Valenzuela, author of a superb 63 (-9) this Sunday. Patty Tavatanakit adds a new line to her young record.

Too bad for the Swiss player Albane Valenzuela who gave everything in her last round. She delivered a perfect game with seven birdies and an eagle, unfortunately insufficient to lift the trophy. Koreans Sei Young Kim and Hye-Jin Choi complete the podium.

The world number 1 finished in the top 10 of this Honda LPGA Thailand thanks to a brilliant weekend. After a 67 (-5) on Saturday, Lilia Vu scored 65 (-7) on Sunday with five birdies and an eagle.

Céline Boutier and Perrine Delacour, the two tricolors entered in this event in Thailand, both finished 49th. Tough day for the French number 1 who had a bad start to her game. +4 on the first leg, the Ile-de-France resident finished her day in 74 (+2) thanks to two birdies on her last four holes.
