Like a flagship of thalassotherapy in Brittany, the Novotel Thalassa Dinard hotel stretches out facing the immensity of the sea and the ramparts of Saint-Malo. Flooded with natural light, the institute offers a superb panorama of the largest tides in Europe.

After a month of closure for renovations, the Thalassa Dinard thalassotherapy center has reopened. Important developments in the small kitchen and the bar's catering area have been made and the spa has just opened a third restaurant, whose concept is based on sharing, discovery and the extreme freshness of regional products. Here, the service is "unstructured": a drawer with cutlery and small plates invite the sharing of dishes. To access L'Arsaour (nuances of flavors in Breton), you have to cross the spacious restaurant which was also revamped at the end of the year. Marie Vieil, the young 24-year-old chef, welcomes clients in a contemporary setting that looks out over the sea.  "Each year, at least 5% of our turnover is reinvested in the beautification of the establishment" explains Marie-Claire Bélien, director of Thalassa Dinard.

This year, Novotel Thalassa Dinard has decided to focus on cryotherapy, a treatment performed in an individual cabin where the whole body is exposed to a dry cold of -120 to -195 ° for 3 minutes. The effects relate to the reduction of pain and inflammation, to recovery from fractures or intense efforts, as well as to sleep disorders. The institute also offers many innovations such as aqua-emotion, a breathing relaxation session in a heated seawater pool to restore calm and self-confidence, luxtherapy, an intense light treatment to regulate your biological clock. and go back to sleep or the Dodow, a bright metronome to teach you how to fall asleep normally.

The essential stopover for lovers of the sea and golf

The Dinard thalassotherapy center is also the declared friend of golfers.  “Our partnership with the Dinard golf course, created in 1887, the second oldest in France, is historic and dates from our opening. All our golfing customers have an advantage over the cost of the green fee ”, recalls Marie-Claire Bellien. A specificity which is naturally reflected in the treatment protocol. In addition to a training putting green recently installed in the hotel, the Golf performance program allows players to make the most of the many courses in the region with, in addition, daily thalassotherapy treatments.
