Commenting on efforts to support the new batch of recruits, Maggie Simmermacher, from Argentina, said “I really enjoyed the time spent at the reception and at dinner after the last game round, as well as the meeting we had the next morning. It allowed me to get to know new players, or at least those who are new to me, and also to get to know better the ones I have played with before. I think LET does a great job of bringing us together and helping us overcome any changes as easily as possible. The staff made me feel like I was part of the Tour and of this great family who are kind to others and strive to develop women's golf together. The information was really helpful and seeing other players there, listening to and learning from LET, made me feel like I was a part of it and excited for the season ahead. I know life on the Tour is going to be different, but I'm super excited for this opportunity ».

She added: “The dinner itself was fun, as we were able to chat among ourselves and meet the different organizers and media involved in the Tour. The speech by Marta Figueras-Dotti, retired golfer and board member, was very helpful to us as he gave us some advice on touring life from someone who has done this course ". She concluded: "I appreciate the time and effort everyone put into the meeting and dinner and can't wait to start the season and see everyone again".

Before returning home, Norwegian Maiken Bing Paulsen summed up the thoughts and feelings of many “Rookies” by saying: “I think the rookie meeting and dinner were great!
