In the middle of the “Roaring Twenties”, when Paris was a party and welcomed the best of fashion, the arts, the culture of architecture. Paris is then the center of the world, a model of art of living, an ode to modernity, a formidable crucible
for artists and creators from around the world.

It is the time of all possibilities, of all dreams, of all inventions. In this, Le Bristol Paris, born from the vision of a man, Hippolyte Jammet, who pursues excellence in all things, is well in its time: ahead. This precursor side, this thirst for culture, this constant need to innovate, to stay at the forefront of comfort, service and pleasures have never left the walls of Bristol Paris. Even if the establishment has grown considerably. In 90 years, only two families are succeeded at its head, taking care to preserve his soul, his kindness and the privacy of his guests.

It is also for them: its guests, its loyal customers, that the most beautiful House in Paris wanted to celebrate its 90th anniversary. It is for them that Le Bristol Paris intends to revive us a little bit of the magic of the Roaring Twenties, recreate this chic and carefree bubble of carefreeness, celebrate modernity and the bubbling creativity of these effervescent years. Ready for a trip back in time?

Make a date, the anniversary of Bristol Paris promises to be unforgettable.

The Garden Party, Gatsby version

This unmissable event on the Parisian calendar promises to be more exclusive than ever. Anniversary requires, it is a real journey back in time that will be invited the few handpicked guests of this garden party like no other. Historical, this evening will be in more ways than one, because a real storyteller will invite small groups to follow him into the heart of the palace for an intimate visit of the premises, punctuated with anecdotes and pretty secrets. Timeless, this garden party will necessarily be because it will revive the rich hours of receptions and crazy evenings of the 20s. All the staff, in period attire, will reinforce the illusion of a return to the 1925. The spirit of Gatsby the Magnificent will not be far away. For the occasion, this waking dream will continue until late into the night.

Tuesday June 30. By invitation.

Brunch, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré

This has never been done at Bristol Paris: a brunch. It must be said that it is rather an Anglo-Saxon habit. This is why, without a doubt, La plus belle Maison de Paris had never lent itself to exercise. This means that the one that will be held exceptionally in the gardens and salons of Bristol Paris will be an event!

The buffets promise to be as refined as they are overflowing with homemade breads and pastries, carefully selected cured meats, fragrant fruit salads, minute juices, fresh bubbles, perfectly matured cheeses, irresistible savory bites and delicate sweets imagined by chef Eric Frechon ...

A three-star brunch is what Le Bristol Paris has in store for us on a beautiful Sunday in June. Enough to inspire the director Woody Allen for a next film inspired by the Roaring Twenties, called "Midi à Paris".

Sunday June 21. By reservation.

Celebrate National Day guinguette version

To celebrate, a few days in advance, on July 14, the Bristol Paris garden will transform into a chic tavern on the banks of the Seine. The big tables, the giggles and the friendship will be there.

With the Live Jazz Orchestra to punctuate the evening, it will swing under the lanterns until the end of the night. Chic country attire and boaters recommended. When it comes to feasting, Le Bristol Paris takes care of everything: from the cocktail trailer to the food trucks via the dance floor.

Let novices in java, waltz musette be reassured: professional dancers will be there to invite guests to waltz under the stars. The day before the Festival, at Bristol Paris, it's already a celebration.

Thursday July 9. By reservation.

Invite yourself, for a night, in the most select "speakeasy" in Paris

The Roaring Twenties were fond of cocktails. In Paris, the saucy young women who babbled on terraces in Montparnasse, enjoyed sipping a Mimosa - a sunny mix of champagne and orange juice, while at Harry's Bar Paris, a stone's throw from the Opera Garnier, Harry Mac Helhone, owner of this legendary bar, already served Bloody Mary and invented the Side Car.

On the other side of the Atlantic, La Prohibition was in full swing. In force in the United States between 1920 and 1933, the Volstead Act imposed a ban on the production, transportation and sale of alcohol. It was therefore legally impossible to consume wine, cocktails or spirits in bars and restaurants. Voted to moralize society and limit violence, this law saw the rise of smuggling and favored the creation of clandestine bars - the famous speakeasy, and real mafia empires. Unlike Canada or Finland, France was never affected by Prohibition. But the thrill of the forbidden, the legends, the music and the gangster atmosphere attached to the underground American bars always feed the imagination.

For one night, Le Bristol Paris will plunge us into the heart of Prohibition. Insiders will receive a password, the only key to entering secretly in a secret bar. Once inside, dressed in the boyish style for ladies and "Douglas Fairbanks" for gentlemen, it is another world that awaits the guests: period costumes and music, sulphurous atmosphere and cocktails from the 20s remixed by the house alchemist, chief bartender Maxime Hoerth. Ready to drop the masks and go through the mirror?

Thursday September 10. By reservation.

An enchanted break to enter a new era

Time for yourself. To find yourself, to refocus. An enchanted parenthesis before starting a new story, a new chapter. This is what Le Bristol wants to offer to a privileged few who will be able to enjoy an extraordinary “Well-being Day” in the enchanting setting of the Palace.

Close your eyes and imagine: the day begins with the yoga class. No noise except the
cheerful chirping of birds, does not disturb this moment of deep relaxation. Soon followed by a gentle fitness class: a little Aquagym in the sublime swimming pool of Bristol Paris, perched above the roofs of the city. What could be more conducive to escape than this unique setting evoking a sailboat sailing towards the Mediterranean coasts?

Gourmet break on the menu with some refined delicacies, all in freshness and lightness, specially concocted by chef Eric Frechon. Jazzy notes will then punctuate a very private dance class before giving way to a beauty treatment. Enough to enter smoothly and in great shape into a new era and set off again full of enthusiasm and desires for new adventures. Always looking to the future is also the spirit of the Roaring Twenties.

Sunday September 20. By reservation.

Book for dinner of the century

At the end of October, the name of Bristol Paris will once again be on everyone's lips. Especially on those of gourmets. Because chef Eric Frechon, unanimously praised for the three-star cuisine in the Epicure restaurant, will serve, in the sumptuous setting of the Versailles Fair, the most exclusive of gala dinners.

The guests of this exceptional evening, selected from among the most loyal customers of Bristol Paris and the other jewels of the Oetker Collection hotels, will be invited to a journey back in time: vintage cars, decor from the 20s, staff in period costume , dinner served in the sumptuous setting of the Versailles Lounge opening onto a garden illuminated for the occasion.

The 20s as if you were. Like in the movies. Better. The occasion or never to wear period outfits: tunic dress embroidered with pearls or sequins, cigarette holder and spool heeled shoes for these ladies, dark suit, hat and white silk scarf for these gentlemen. On the menu for this unique evening, to mark with a white stone? The best of the 20s revisited by the talent of chef Eric Frechon. Will the sweetbread under the ashes - a classic of the Roaring Twenties, be on the menu? One thing is certain, this exceptional dinner, fueled by Chef Frechon's passion for history and recipes of yesteryear, will be memorable. And the Art Deco universe will undoubtedly inspire virtuoso pastry chef Laurent Jeannin, a few sweet gems of which he has the secret.

And because the most beautiful evenings continue until the end of the night, the gala dinner will be followed by a dancing evening, worthy of the biggest "parties" of a Gatsby Le Magnifique.

Saturday October 24. By reservation.
