Costa Navarino will host the Aegean Messinia Pro-Am this fall, a key event in the golfing calendar of this sustainable Mediterranean destination. After a promising start last year, the edition of this international competition will indeed take place from September 13 to 17.

Participants will enjoy the sunny skies and balmy Messinia as well as spectacular sea views as they play on three of the destination's signature courses: the Dunes Course, the Bay Course and the International Olympic Academy Golf Course, named “Best New Golf Course” at the 2022 World Golf Awards.

Nestled in the heart of a lush landscape full of centuries-old olive trees and green hills, these courses each offer different difficulties. Their development and operation are also aligned with the destination's eco-responsible practices.

Players and spectators will be able to take advantage of four-, five- and seven-night packages specially designed for the pro-amateur tournament by staying at the ultra-luxurious Mandarin Oriental Costa Navarino, which will open its doors this summer, at the brand new and vibrant W Costa Navarino or in the luxurious and authentic setting of the Westin Resort Costa Navarino and The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort.

Guaranteed by the Confederation of Golf Professionals and supported by the Hellenic Golf Federation as well as the Greek PGA, the Aegean Messinia Pro-Am will host a maximum of 75 teams, each consisting of one professional and three amateurs. The tournament prize money will total €70.

The four-day event will offer various opportunities to play for one of the many first prizes as an individual or as a team, but also a rich and attractive program of activities, notably featuring Navarino Agora, the new shopping mall in lively open sky which will open this summer.
