Statement by Jean-Baptiste Durier - Director of the Lacoste Ladies Open de France

“The tournament is one of the biggest meetings of women's golf in France, with a very nice prize money this year. The Women's French Open enjoys a very good image and a strong notoriety and we are part of this beautiful dynamic with our partners Lacoste, Aviva and Richard Mille who allowed us to maintain the meeting last year in a difficult health context. In 2020, it was the Swede Julia Engström who won and several French women demonstrated their level. We are sure that this edition of the Lacoste Ladies Open de France will once again be very hot. We are really working hand in hand with the French Golf Federation so that 2021 is a success and that it is shared with the public ”.
