After two weeks without a tournament, Karine Icher, Céline Herbin, Perrine Delacour and Joanna Klatten found themselves at the Australian Open. However, they have experienced varying fortunes on the course of the Royal Adelaide Golf Club.

41st at the end of the first round Thursday in Adelaide, Céline Herbin negotiated perfectly Friday in this ISPS Handa Women's Australian Open 2017. The Frenchwoman, with an excellent 69 (-4) with an eagle, three birdies for only one bogey conceded, climbed to 13th place at -5 (141).

The second round on the other hand did not bring luck to the other French golfers engaged in this second stage of the LPGA Tour 2017. Karine Icher, author of a heavy 76 (+3), thus fails at one point of the cut while Perrine Delacour finished much further, in 118th position with two cards of 78 and 73. As for Joanna Klatten, after a first round completed in 80 (+7), she retired before the start of the second round for medical reasons!
