Garmin presents its new Laser rangefinder Approach Z30, the latest addition to its range of golf equipment, offering golfers a new way to view the course.

This innovative device provides excellent measurement performance and integrates a data transmission function allowing measured distances to be sent to a connected watch or a Garmin golf GPS compatible, as well as the smartphone application Garmin Golf.

Once the Approach Z30 laser rangefinder has locked onto the target, the measured distance and a measurement arc are displayed on the associated Garmin device providing an accurate visualization of its position and surroundings.

Designed to give golfers greater awareness of their surroundings on the course, the Approach Z30 Laser Rangefinder provides fast, accurate distance data up to 366 meters away. Additionally, its viewfinder offers players six times magnification and vibrates once it locks the hole.

Optimize your shots

key information : displays the distance between the flag, the entrance and the back of the green
thus allowing you to correctly assess how to play the shot2.
PlaysLike Distance : displays the actual distance of each shot to be played, adjusted accordingly
of the altitude difference of the route. For even more precision, the laser rangefinder can be coupled with
a compatible device to receive the PlaysLike distance, which takes into account the density of
air and its influence on the trajectory of the ball.
Garmin golf ecosystem : fully exploits the data sharing function of
distance by pairing the Approach Z30 laser rangefinder with the Garmin Golf app or
connected watches like the following models: Approach S70, Approach S62,
Approach S42, from the fēnix® 7 series, epixÔ (Gen 2), MARQ® Collection (Gen 2).
tournament mode : An external LED indicates to participants that the device only provides
data complies with regulations.
Magnetic holder : makes it easier to attach the rangefinder to a golf cart thanks to the
integrated magnetic holder. It also comes with a carrying case equipped with a
carabiner, allowing it to be attached to a golf bag and quick closing thanks to a
elastic.
Find my Garmin : In case of loss of the Approach Z30 laser rangefinder, players can
use a feature via the Garmin Golf app to find out their last known location.
