This award, which follows on from many other awards, confirms Anazoe's commitment to global best practices and service excellence.

According to the Agency for Care and Welfare, this award is comparable to the “Oscars” for the film industry. The institution aims to reward innovations in this field as well as to promote the quality of individual well-being and its innovations across Europe.

The Anazoe Spa was selected from a total of 100 participants. The prizes are awarded by an independent jury and represent the most severe evaluation in Europe, as several of the players drop out due to the strict evaluation procedure. A detailed questionnaire and a verification based on a mystery check are part of the process. The evaluation is based on 8 criteria: design & conception, care, offer & services, economy, benefits, creativity, sustainable development and corporate social responsibility.
