On January 1, 2020, the Ailette mixed union entrusted the management of its golf course to Bluegreen for the next 11 years.

Bluegreen, a major player in golf in France, is thus extending its offer in Hauts-de-France with a 49th golf course under management. The opportunity for golfers from the network to discover a renowned course and for members of the Ailette golf course, located in Cermy-en-Laonnois, in the Aisne, to enjoy 48 additional golf courses at preferential rates.

By taking over the management and development of the Ailette golf course, with recognized know-how in the management of equipment and course maintenance, the Bluegreen company will be able to bring to golf its expertise and skills in the creation of new golfers and the development of new playing practices in line with golfers' desires and current consumption patterns

The Bluegreen l'Ailette golf course includes an 18-hole course, signed by Michel Gayon, a compact 9-hole course, a 45-station practice and a restaurant. The 18-hole course, well known to good players in the region at the annual federal grand prix, is a par 72 with 6m from the back tees. Its layout, between lakes and forest, turns out to be technical as you get closer to its extensive and well-defended greens.

Bluegreen will be in charge of the development of the golf course, the restoration of education, but also the economic and tourist development of the site. In order to carry out these missions, the company has undertaken to take on 9 employees and hire 5 more. The management of the golf course will be provided by David Trumeau, Bluegreen employee since 1999 and former professional golf player on the EPD Tour and the Euro Pro Tour.
