The Ladies European Tour is taking place this week in Belgium for the Belgian Ladies Open. After the first round of the tournament, it was a Swedish woman who took control of the event thanks to a score of -6: Anna Magnusson. With seven birdies for a single bogey, Magnusson took two strokes ahead of her first pursuers.

We find in second position four players at -4: Yuri Onishi (JPN), Madelene Stavnar (NOR), Vanessa Knecht (SUI) and Mireia Prat (ESP).

The first Belgian ranks sixth at -3, in the person of Manon De Roey. The 31-year-old scores five birdies for two bogeys. The local of the stage is therefore placed after this first round to claim final victory on Sunday.

Among the ten French women involved in this Belgian Ladies Open, it is Emie Peronnin, Agathe Sauzon and Charlotte Liautier who rank best tricolor at the mark of -2, they are 16th.

The Belgian player Celine Manche with her sixteenth place at -2, just like our French, ranks best amateur in the provisional ranking of this first round.

It will take a good round during the second round for the other tricolors to hope to go up in the standings, and cross the Cut.
