Beachcomber Golf Cup: the 7th edition is launched!
The Beachcomber Golf Cup returns for its 7th edition, with 24 clubs competing in a 6-hole match play for a chance to reach the grand final in Mauritius!
The event for amateurs is back for a seventh edition in 24 clubs throughout France.
Returning to its famous unique and innovative 6-hole match play format, the Beachcomber Golf Cup confirms its original formula: net greensome.
The goal is to offer clubs that have signed up to the concept the greatest organizational freedom. Some have opted for a direct elimination competition, where pairs will compete this summer to qualify for the final. Others have opted for a four-team group model, which guarantees each pair a minimum of three six-hole matches and allows the competition to be launched by bringing all competitors together on the same day.
Since 2024, clubs have also had the option of organizing a first round over 18 holes to select the 8 pairs that will compete in a 6-hole match play starting from the quarterfinals. What remains unchanged is that only one team will have the privilege of playing the final in Isabella (78) with the hope of going to Mauritius in May 2026!
Antoine Robin, co-founder of come#together, the organizing company, explains: "The 6-hole format, the doubles, and the match-play are original and fun ingredients that are the hallmarks of our competition, which strives to meet the expectations of today's golfers. This year, to evolve the competition, we decided to organize our national final at Golf Isabella, which fits well with the spirit of the competition: a quality golf course, friendly and perfectly sized for our somewhat original format."
To participate, simply register with one of the clubs participating in the competition. Qualifying rounds will run from April to mid-September. The registration fee is determined by each club and may vary depending on the player's status, whether they are a member, season ticket holder, or visitor.
Three highlights
The Beachcomber Golf Cup, en route to Mauritius still takes place in three phases:
- From March to September = a regional qualification in 24 clubs, spread throughout
France to open up to the greatest number of licensees. - September 30 = the final at the Isabella golf course (78) will bring together the winning teams of the
selection organized in their club. The “Champions League” type formula (in
groups of 4) creates a dramatic atmosphere on this exceptional day. - In May 2026 = the Grand Final in Mauritius for the 4 best teams at the end
of the final.
The Indian Ocean island is a destination particularly popular with golfers. THE
Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels group offers 4 resorts around the golf course:
- Le Trou aux Biches and Le Canonnier in the North, around the Mont Choisy le Golf course
- Paradise and Dinarobin in the South, around the course of the Paradis Golf Club.
After four editions at the Trou aux Biches Beachcomber Resort & Spa, the Grand Finale will take place for the third time at the magnificent Dinarobin Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa and on the legendary Paradis Golf Club course.
And to complete this exceptional experience, golfers will have the pleasure of sharing their passion with Antoine Schwartz. The former professional player will be sponsor of the event and will provide practitioners with his talent and expertise during clinics that are sure to be unforgettable for participants.

Rémi Sabarros, Director of Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels / France-Belgium-Luxembourg:
« We are delighted to be the title sponsor of this innovative event in the world of golf for the 7th consecutive year. It is this same passion for this sport that drives us and we have of course decided to support this unique competition once again. It is always a pleasure to welcome the finalists of the Beachcomber Golf Cup each year to our hotels and this year it will be at the Dinarobin Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa, a 5-star luxury hotel, at the foot of Le Morne Brabant, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Benefiting from the best climate on the island, the hotel's beach is a privileged witness to sumptuous sunsets. The Paradis Golf Club, the only 18-hole course within the grounds of a hotel, will be the playground of our grand finalists this year. The course has been designed for golfers of all levels and is completely integrated into its environment, with the first 9 holes played facing Le Morne and the last 9 along the lagoon. A delight for all golfers. But beware: while it may seem easy due to its short distance of 5600 meters, the swirling wind often rules the game!»Antoine Schwartz, patron of the Beachcomber Golf Cup, on his way to Mauritius:
« Every year, the Beachcomber Golf Cup is a must-see amateur doubles competition with a unique formula that makes its format exciting. I will have the pleasure of seeing you at the final at Golf Isabella as well as at the Grand Final which will take place in Mauritius in May 2026 and more precisely at the Dinarobin Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa. Whether on the Paradis course or during relaxing moments facing the lagoon, this golfing adventure promises great emotions and a warm atmosphere. I look forward to living this experience with you again and celebrating together the passion for golf and also determining the grand winner of this 7th edition.. "
