5ᵉ Beachcomber Golf Cup: Domaine de Roncemay wins
The fifth edition of the Beachcomber Golf Cup saw the duo from Domaine de Roncemay triumph at the Dinarobin Beachcomber Golf Resort in Mauritius.
Two days of intense competition.
The 4 teams played a 6-hole match against each of their 3 opponents. At the end of this first day, the ranking determined the duos qualified for the Super Final and the Small Final. This first round delivered a fairly clear verdict: the duo of Roncemay (Clara and Sébastien Cavaillès) won two wins for a draw to qualify first ahead of repeat offenders from Grenoble Bresson (Camille Boullen and Hugo Delaitre) authors of two victories.
Behind them, St-Quentin-en-Yvelines (Sofiane Mtir and Nadjim Moussaui) finished third with only one victory ahead Bondues (Théophile Joret and Raphaël Thibert) who scored a draw.
On the second day, it was Bondues who took over St-Quentin-en-Yvelines to win the Small Final with two matches won (1 up then 2 & 1).
The Super Final would take shape after 18 holes, after a first clear victory for the father-daughter duo of Roncemay (3 & 1), the young recidivist duo of Bresson returned the second match, which had started poorly, and won 2 & 1 The 3rd and final 6-hole match was intense until the end and finally won 1up at 18, offering all the accompanying people as well as the 4 other competitors a great emotion.
A dream Grand Final in Mauritius
The Indian Ocean island is a particularly popular destination for golfers. It has a total of 13 exceptional courses. But it is within the magnificent Dinarobin Beachcomber Resort & Spa and on the route of Paradise Golf Club that the Grand Finalists had the pleasure of fighting for victory.

To complete this exceptional experience, the golfers had the pleasure of sharing their passion with Anthony Schwartz. The former professional player, specialist in putting, is the godfather of the event. He made his talent and expertise available to participants during two clinics on the long game on the first day and putting on the second day.
The event is supported by the channel Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels and Mauritius Tourist Office, as well as the Air Austral company thanks to which the stay was completely offered to the competitors.
