A magnificent and inventive cuisine, supported by an exceptional table: the three-star Epicure, honored for 13 years with the supreme award.

The 114 Faubourg run by the charismatic Patrice Jeanne, offers us a delicious gift on this occasion: an anniversary menu, 10 years of stardom. This gourmet summary will enchant us throughout this year with exquisite fragrances and new flavors. The egg is ennobled with king crab meat, the pigeon is adorned with foie gras and green cabbage, the pink grapefruit dares the yogurt in a crispy honey and pollen sorbet. Simply brilliant.

Anniversary menu, 10 years of stars, 150 euros per person, excluding drinks, available at 114 Faubourg from Monday April 4, 2022.

Oenological Mondays

In order to establish its reputation as a gourmet, friendly and original restaurant, 114 Faubourg opens up to wine evenings one Monday a month.

A French winemaker comes to present his wine in person for an evening.

This wine is paired with a four-course tasting menu, specially prepared by the chef of 114 Faubourg, Loïc Dantec under the supervision of Chef Eric Frechon. It is then given pride of place on the menu throughout the month for lunch and dinner services.
